The quote tool

Your quote request contains gender, birth date, your health self-assessment, tobacco status, desired benefit, and term preference. These go to the carriers' quoting system to fetch rates and are not kept on this site. To view quotes, you give no name, address, phone or email. Identical repeated requests might be answered from a brief cache rather than calling the quoting service a second time.

Applying

Should you start an application, your earlier responses auto-fill the carriers' secure application form, and their privacy terms take over from there. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), coordinates all applications.

The contact form

The message form collects your name, email, phone if you choose to share it, your preferred response method, a topic label, and your question or comment. It goes straight to the agency by email, using your email as the reply address. This site does not save copies, store submissions in a database, or keep a log. A brief verification step runs in your browser to prevent misuse before the message goes out.

Measurement

Page view tracking happens here using cookieless, first-party measurement. We do not use cookies or save tracking identifiers locally. Two bytes of your IP address are obscured before storage. Referring page details are stripped. Raw logs clear out every 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track enabled or using Global Privacy Control are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

Your information is never sold, shared, or tracked by advertisers. No third-party analytics run here. The single external code is the carriers' application interface, loaded only if you navigate to the apply page.
